When will my made-to-order item ship?
Production normally takes place before carrier transit begins. Current estimates are shown on each product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as each package is on the way.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking link is included in the shipping confirmation email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will help when we can, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production or ships.
How do returns or exchanges work for made-to-order items?
Because products are made specifically for each order, review the selected size and color carefully. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help.
How should I care for my apparel?
Wash garments inside out in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over printed artwork.
Will colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors can vary slightly between screens, garment batches, and printing methods. Small variations are normal and make each finished item a little unique.
Where does River Bottom Co. currently ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Why did parts of my order arrive separately?
Print-on-demand items may be produced by different partners. When that happens, products can ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
